WHAT DELIVERY CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS IN?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

WHEN DO YOU POST MY PARCEL?

We endeavour to post all items the following working day, however please note it may take 2-3 weeks for your order to be despatched during busy periods.

The automated email response system will confirm that we have received your payment and that your order is being ‘processed’, which means it has entered our system to be posted.

Once items have been posted, please remember that the postal system is out of our hands and that delivery times may vary. As a guide, we are given the following delivery times for our parcels:

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS OVERDUE?

If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days (in Europe) or 30 days (Outside Europe), please email us on info@alkisa.co.uk so we can enquire with the currier service about your order and track your order. Although it is very rare for our parcels to go ‘missing’, we will do our best to liaise with the postal system to locate your parcel.

Please note there may be a delay in receiving your parcel during adverse weather conditions, bank holidays, seasonal holidays or any other conditions which may delay the process. However in this case, you will be informed when in check out and our delivery teams will be working as hard as they can to get your parcel to you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Depending on the curriers if tracking information has been issued then it will be sent to your email account.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES FOR OVERSEAS?

For International orders, it is worth noting that once your parcel has entered your country’s postal system, any ‘holds’ put on by Customs are beyond our control. Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches an overseas destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
